Many vehicles, whether traveling towards Sterigere Street OR Marshall Street, coast right thorough the stop sign at Colonial Ave and Penrose Rd as well. Coming from either direction, at sometimes a high rate of speed, just barely slowing down and sail right pass the stop sign like it's not there!! A friend of mine lives near the intersection and has had her car swiped on two different occasions. The Police and township know of this on-going problem, and do nothing, and probably will continue to do nothing, until someone gets hurt or dies!
