Please refer to my previous complaint (service request #21_006897), including the photograph that was included at that time. The resident at that address removed the basketball backboard from the sidewalk for a couple of weeks, but now has moved it back onto the sidewalk, completely blocking the sidewalk, again thereby creating a hazardous obstruction to pedestrians, bicyclists, and wheelchair users. Please remind this resident that the sidewalk is public property, not private property, and ask them to again remove the backboard from the sidewalk. Thank you.
