Yes, this is a public health issue also - I don't understand why the city (especially police/fire department/health and human services) are turning their backs on this.

I am a neighbor at 7643 Glenview Dr. I have tried calling 311 several times and they keep transferring me to non emergency police. Without a "no trespassing" there is nothing police can do to remove her. I have contacted Riverside hospital to ask for these signs but no one is responding to that or their overgrown lot. I have also reported this to our council members office at 832-393-3011. We need as many phone calls as possible. Riverside does not care about our community and what their negligence does to it. Yes, this is Riverside's property (HCAD address 7655 Bellfort) and is under their jurisdiction. Why aren't the authorities forcing them to acknowledge and deal with the nuisances on their property?
