Description

In the Swarthmorewood Shopping Center, between CVS and Loughead Nissan, there have been potholes there for years. They fill them in and then they're back in a few months. It needs a completely new driveway. Patching it no longer works. I'm tired of driving over an obstacle course when picking up my prescriptions. Please fix this soon!!
