Description

The left turn light for SB Morehall/RT-29 needs to be adjusted. Daily, traffic must sit there for 1-2 minutes without the light changing, most particularly, when there is no opposing traffic. If this is a ground sensor (instead of timing issue or infared signal) the sensors need to be moved father north (it's a very long stack lane). Several times I've been behind people that would rather go through a red signal than "wait forever". SB traffic from Liberty doesn't have this problem (and I rarely go northbound).
