Description
The residents at this house harbor stray and feral cats. The number of cats are steadily increasing. The cats jump in and out of open windows from the front porch. Throughout the day and evening the cats venture to other properties nearby and urinate and defecate feces on neighbors lawns and they get on and under cars. Its disgusting and the area reeks of cat feces. It is unlawful to feed feral cats. Please do something to curb this activity...frustrated neighbor.
