Additionally The debris and downed pole block the sidewalk and impedes safe pedestrian traffic. Also the view is blocked from seeing oncoming cars from the ever busy commercial corner due to the trash, debris, overgrowth. This is an immediate safety hazard to pedestrians, an eye sore and a haven for rats and other dangerous rodents.
