A traffic light must be added here, not only to be equal to the other Freehold Raceway Mall service roads (including Raceway Mall
Drive and Trotters Way) that do have lights, but
this particular intersection is a dangerous one. Those
trying to make a left turn from Cardigan Bay Lane onto Winners Circle have a hard time doing so. Also, making a right onto Winners
Circle is a challenge, due to limited visibility.
