Description

This morning the light would NOT let Farnham ave go. I sat for around 15 minutes while Wintergreen stayed green. If SCSU students hit the crosswalk, it would turn Wintergreen red, let the crosswalk go, and then Wintergreen would turn green again, not Farnham. This was around 8am on a Tuesday, but is not the only time I have witnessed this behavior.
