This car has been up on blocks in the front driveway in the open air uncovered since the the mid 90's. Has a newer model of the same car that they use for auto parts.

This issue is almpsr a year old. It is obvious that this person either works for is related to someone in the city or police department and that the laws don' apply to them . I will try complaining to someone in Worcester, not only about the car, but also about the way the city is ignoring the violation.If that doesn't work I will try the news paper and one of the news channels. I am confident I can get this resolved one way or another.
