Description

The manhole cover near 215 Clarion Ave is loose. Every time a car drives over the cover a loud metal on metal wobbling sound is heard inside my house. It is loud enough that I can hear it in a closed interior room at the back of my house. This can wake me up at night. Please secure the manhole cover so it is no longer a problem.
