The tree at 17 Dearborn St is in good condition, is losing leaves as fall advances, but has many buds visible. It appears some bad pruning cuts have been made to some lower branches, so this request will be assigned to Forestry to prune the tree. The sidewalk is also lifted and will be added to the sidewalk list for Highway. Thank you.
