Of the 164 currently "open" items of concern to Haltom City See Click Fix readers,
only 52 have been "acknowledged" by the City of Haltom City. In otherwords they have only
acknowledged 1 out of 3 or 32%. How can the problems of Haltom City be solved if the City won't
even acknowledge them?

Several folks have asked the same question. And when you consider the tax payers money goes to pay for the city to have a license to use See Click Fix as the city report portal, it makes it an even more important question to ask as well as deserving of an answer!

At least they have a better response record than teachers in the BISD using the skyward system. lol

If you have noticed. Haltom City has taken down see click fix from their website. Now if you click on report an issue it gives you a form to fill out. Thanks HC

I believe HC made a pretty good decision removing SeeClickFix from their frontpage/website as the city complaint portal. SCF has some cleaning up to do to better protect the users. We were attacked via this site and SCF merely shut down the issue report (prior to its resolve) and just allowed one malicious individual to take over the report and attack everyone on it. Unfortunately, neither SCF or HC seem to be able to ethically and professionally handle issues...or just handle at all!!
