have you tried a friendly talk w/ the store manager?? i find this particular venue well taken care of and always clean. the manager always listens to suggestions and is a nice guy to know.

I have had a conversation with one of the store managers who was dealing with same problem as I am reporting. Recently, like this past Sunday, I met another store manager who claimed it was his dumpster, and I observed him filling it to the brim with his own personal garbage as he missed garbage day at his home. We observed the garbage which remains on the grounds, the shopping carts overflowing with garbage, and the reeking liquids flowing out over the parking lot, all from this partially visible dumpster area. This shopping center--from the front--is quite lovely, ha! I have lived there for under 20 years, so am protective of my neighborhood. But you need to peek around the corner and take a deep breath as you exit onto Riverside from the Cash Store side. Oh yeah, wear a mask...

The dumpster has been removed. Trash remains on the ground but hopefully the mall manager will follow up eventually. Thank you whoever initiated the removal of the offensive dumpster.

I am closing this issue because it is a waste of my time. The dumpster has been removed, now the garbage is either thrown in the alcove area loose or in bags that are ripped open with contents strewn all over the concrete and eventually finding its way onto my property. Sometimes it is thrown outright onto the paved area, not even close to the alcove area... Obviously the property managers are not supervising their property. Mayhaps they should be responsible like the city is trying to make the landlords responsible for their tenants?
