Ann,
The Public Works Department for the Town of Newton is now being alerted of issues in the town. They should receive emails whenever someone comments on this issue or requests to have it fixed.
It can often take some time to fix potholes in the winter. If you notice that the pothole has been fixed, please close the issue.
