Description

My basement is flooded now because of cave in. Every time I use the water in the house it comes up through basement drain. This has been going on since it caved in June 26, 2021. The plumber snacked the drain, and that is not the problem. Sewage, and black dirt come up every me it rains. I have reported it numerous times since June, and just get ignored. I pay my bill on time every month, and you mean to tell me I can't get help
