Is it possible to have the Charles St sides of the intersection of Charles & Commercial marked or signed for clear usage? Its unclear if there is more than 1 lane - sometimes its used that way, sometimes not. And if there is more than 1 lane its unclear where that starts/stops and if there are any intended restrictions like turn-only. Thanks.
