Description

Resident Clifford Whitt called to report an abandoned construction equipment vehicle on the side of the road in front of his home. He has called the owner, The Shelly Company, multiple times and they have yet to pick up the vehicle. He is especially concerned with its location considering Trick-or-Treat is this weekend. His number is 330.243.6000.
