Please be advised, a California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Hi there, we wanted to close the loop on your recent SeeClickFix request. We’re happy to provide an update for you! Parking Enforcement responded on 11/18/21 and marked/tagged the listed vehicle. On 11/30/21, he returned and the vehicle had not moved. Due to the condition of the vehicle and since it had not moved in over 72hrs, the vehicle was towed for the safety of the community.
