The new construction of this small development has ruined the surface of Jennings Ave.. Also the curb and sidewalk improvements on the corner of Jennings and Lance are INSANE. The curb and sidewalk at that point go into the west bound lane FOUR feet (DUMB,DUMB, DUMB.
