City of Corona assigned this issue to Corona Police Department

Please be advised, a California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. He did not find a community caretaking need to legally remove the vehicle from the public city street.
