Description
I am filing another Request to have something done about this house. I placed a request over a month ago, and for some reason it has been closed, and there was nothing done to fix their yard maintenance issues. This owner does not maintain their yard in ANY way. They do not maintain their 1/2 of the easement, nor do they cut the grass in their back yard. The weeds are now up higher than their 6 foot fence in their entire back yard, and in the easement. This is creating bugs and vermin in our neighborhood. I do not see how they are not required to maintain their property and that this could be allowed. This is an ongoing issue with this property owner as they ALWAYS allow the weeds and grass in their back yard to get out of control. The inspector will need to go into the easement to look at their back yard. The front of their house appears fine, however the back yard and easement are out of control. something needs to be done about this.
