Repaired clean out 2 weeks ago, pavement crew showed up today 11/4/21 paved one cut and left the other unpaved. Alley between 47 & 48th ave.n. Between 10th st. & 12th st.

The SPTO Call Center acknowledges this issue, however this issue is regarding an outstanding restoration that’s in need of completion. Unfortunately, the restoration can only be completed after the request has been sent to the appropriate personnel within our department.
After we receive the restoration request and it has been processed, the timeframe for completion is within 10 business days. In this case, it seems as though we have not received the restoration.
