Description
The water valve cover in the road is damaged. 2/3 of it is missing which presents a safety hazard. The valve cover is located by the mailbox at Precision Auto Paint, 46 Log Road.
Please note that this is the 2nd time I'm entering a request that this safety issue be resolved. My original job request was entered on 10/4/21 and was closed the same day before the issue was resolved. I am requesting that this work order remain open until the issue is resolved.

This may be a sewer shutoff valve, not water? The sewer authority personnel will inspect the valve next week and if it is sewer, schedule the necessary repairs in a timely manner. If the valve cover is water, this request and information will be forwarded by the sewer authority to the Greenville Water District for further process outside of this department.
