It does seem odd to create two new circles when the state has been making a big deal out of eliminating circles. These two are smaller circles, which means traffic will back up much easier, and cause greater congestion. This is going to turn out to be a nightmare. But don't worry, in 5 years there will be more taxpayer money thrown at this "problem" to fix it.

They put two of the most god awfully constructed traffic circles right next to one of the busiest colleges in south jersey and then have the nerve to say "YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK" with two huge gigantic signs posted at each end. Who was responsible for this HORRIBLE design? They should be fired.

WAS THE DESIGNER OF THIS PROJECT ON DRUGS??? This is just going to send MORE traffic down to the other already overloaded ramps! Everyone who has tried this mess has sworn they will never go that way again. Jersey's best strike again!
