I opened this ticket almost a month and a half ago to have the burnt out bulb replaced in the lamp at the southeast corner of Julian Abele park and there has seemingly been ZERO response.

I understand that there other issues in the neighborhood that also need to be addressed, but to have something so simple that presents such an obvious safety issue go unacknowledged for so long (noting that the bulb was burnt out long before I opened a ticket) is absolutely ridiculous and completely negligent.

That bulb needs to be changed, for safety issues alone...

The bulb being burnt out truely makes that corner of the park a target for loitering and unsafe night-time activities. It needs to be fixed so everyone in the neighborhood can feel safe.

ARE YOU STINKIN KIDDING ME?!?!?!?! THE LIGHT IS STILL OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm doing everything I can to censor my profane explicatives, but this is effin ridiculous....change the freaking light bulb!!!!

This feels like a terrible joke...how many city of Philadelphia employees does it take to change a light bulb? Insert your own punchline here, because anything I have to say at this point will not be nice.

Does this website accomplish anything other than bombard me reminders about tickets that have not received ANY attention?!?!?! How is this ticket still only in "Open" status after months of being submitted?!?!?! Is there any consideration for public safety?!?!?! I am seriously considering climbing the pole and changing the bulb myself since there is apparently no one out there that can get the job done. This is seemingly an extremely simple, yet important task.

GET IT DONE!!!!

This took forever and I am tired that the only thing diligent about this whole thing is the reminder emails.....I only wish the city was actually that responsive
