Construction has been ongoing at this location for over a month now. A complaint was initially filed couple of weeks ago due to the steel plates not being secured tightly causing a lot of noise. That was ultimately fixed. But then, workers were back last week, drilled additional concrete and completed some work on gas line, but the steel plates are now bigger than ever and noisier than ever. The city has still not provided any information on the anticipated end of the project. This is a very busy intersection and it would be greatly appreciated if we can get some some answers on the anticipated end of this project. In the meantime, PLEASE send someone to secure steel plates. We thought it could not get any worse, but it actually did. It is impossible to sleep here in the morning due to all the honking, but now even sleeping at night is obstructed due to constant traffic flow over steel plates.
