Another issue that I reported that I got no response from!!! In Birch Pond there is an area that looks like a catch basin. The fence that is surrounding this has been damaged over the winter time. It looks like one of the plow trucks pushed the snow into the fence and it caused the fence to get dented and created a large enough space at the bottom of the fence for a child to crawl down into.
