Description
The entire north side of Woodbine south of chain link fence has dry weeds up to 3ft tall. This need to cleared as it is ladder fuel for the heavy vegetation on the Cal Trans easement. The street people encampment on the Cal Trans side is not helping. They are using Sterno cans to heat food???
