As Mike said, we have reported this issue to the City of Salem, and Union Pacific is scheduled to repair the tracks in October.

This is actually in the City of Salem's city limits and not in the City of Keizer's responsibility. Our city boundary cuts off just prior to the Salem Parkway on the west side near Northside Drive.
