Description
I reported a vehicle parked on Myrtle Ave that is not moved for many days. The vehicle is not owned by a resident, the Issue ID for that report is 11483864.
The vehicle was given permission until November 15th but still has not been moved.
In accordance with the provisions of § 185-7, no person shall park a vehicle on any public street of the Borough of Madison for more than four hours, Monday through Friday, except holidays, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. prevailing time unless posted otherwise.
It’s been over five DAYS-the owner parks their car and leaves town on a regular basis. The owner is NOT a resident of Madison.

Please note this is an ongoing issue-was also reported in ISSUE ID 11139612 please review that issue.
The owner did this back in September as well, leaving the vehicle there for weeks on end.

Contact was made with the vehicle owner who was stranded out of state. He will be returning tomorrow [9/25] and will remove vehicle then. Owner was advised of parking regulations [4 hour parking limit / M-F 8a-4p]. Owner stated he has the only set of keys as vehicle cant be moved prior to him arriving back to NJ.
