Since putting up a sign at the base of Central Street stating "no through way, police take notice" we have gotten more traffic using Central Street to connect with 28. In addition to that, they are speeding, there are many turns and we are concerned for the safety of residents and others who are driving. Can something be done about this - including speed bumps?
