Thank you for using FayFixIt to report that your limbs were not collected last week. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. This service request has been assigned to the Environmental Services supervisor for attention.

As a friendly reminder, Bulky limbs are collected after your yard waste collection each week. Citizens do not need to schedule limb piles for collection. Please place bags separate from your limb pile as two different trucks will collect these items.. Containerized Yard waste pickup normally occurs on Mondays in your area. Please allow until the end of the day Tuesday for limbs to be collected. Items must be curbside by 7:00 am the day of yard waste pick up and clear of all obstructions. All pieces must be between 3 and 5 feet long and no more than 6 inches in diameter. We also ask that you have your pile under 20 cubic yards, otherwise there may be a charge for collection. If you believe your pile may be 20 cubic yards or more, please contact us for more information. Any small, loose yard waste (such as leaves and pine straw) should be bagged or containerized for the weekly yard waste collection.
