The rusted grates on the sidewalk of the South West corner of Dr. Ronald McNair Park are hazardous.
The city has marked that patch of sidewalk off - but did so at least 2 YEARS AGO (if not longer)... it remains ignored and neglected.

Apologies for the delay. Here are some photos I took this morning (first posted here, second one to follow).

This second photo shows inside. Though now covered by leaves and some trash some of the metal is rusted through.
While it is well fenced off it has been this way for two years (but possibly 3 or 4).
For further reference, it is directly opposite one of the entrances of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
