Well Chucky, who ever you are you sure don't live next to her so you don't know what your talking about so maybe you should mind your business. As for code enforcement they DID NOT DO THIER JOB!! She attacked at least two Code Enforcement Officers to the point that they had to call the Police,so they were very fed up with her and avoided the all thing, she has been fined and found guilty she also plead guilty of and to numerous volations. The abandon house she took over is the result of her driving out the tenniant's and the landlord couldn't re-rent it, SO it wouldn't have been abandoned if she stayed on her own property and left the tenniants alone and by the way it wasn't just one family that rented the house it was two and the first family lived their for 20 years and when she moved in, she drove them crazy. You see, they worked at night and the NOISE she made all day long was unbearable. Because their are no noise control laws for the day hours, they were stuck listening to her, until they moved. Maybe you should contact the landlord and rent the property next door to her. The concrete has become a hazzard to anyone walking down the street. FYI she also put ROOFING TAR down on her back driveway this past week she is SO OUT OF CONTROL!! IT ISN'T FUNNY AT ALL... Please take my advice and mind your business or live next door to her. SO I WILL NOT LET IT GO until someone does something about her!!!!

I find Chucky post all too simular to many of the ill will, low class, social service dependant, transit, parasit citizans living in Norristown. They have mirgrated to this community and are sucking the life out of this town and telling the word to mind there own business...

don't bother contacting the city cause the boro don't care one bit. they charge more in taxes for more people on the payroll but don't respond to complaints. they send their commuinity officer out to placate you but he will use it against you just like the code people and you will get a summons from brian saxon or the code people to go to court because you had the nerve to complain. they don't care at all except about geetting paid and getting their pension

the town dont care one bit they are only about their dollars and pensions they will attack you if you complain. dont trust brian saxon the community relations cop because he will give you a ticket he works for the business and not the residents that have to live with this trash and noise around this town they have the nerve to say you belong here, well you dont unless you keep quiet about the noise and trash. this town is a garbage dump and no one belongs here but the rats

I have been a neighbor for 5 years now. This woman is the victim of intolerance by her neighbors, which in my opinion is grounded in racism. Her next door neighbors have sued her many times over little meaningless things. What kind of person sues their neighbor? It is the same kind of person who demeans their neighbors on public websites like this.

If her neighbors tried talking respectfully maybe they would have more success in helping her to habituate to our expectations of what her yard should look like. Her yard is a mess, yes. But, her yard is typical in her country. If more people would help her we could slowly explain how we don't like that image.

As to he house at 724, it is abandoned because the owners refuse to sell it for a reasonable amount. It is a rundown house owned by someone who doesn't maintain it. It needs $40,000-$50,000 of work and they want to sell it at a price as if it was move-in ready. I would gladly buy it and fix it up myself if they were willing to sell it at a reasonable price. To blame the person living next door for an owners negligence is the kind of overboard behavior I am describing as intolerant racism. Also, the tenants who were living there were very loud blasting not only music all of the time, but they used to run generators all the time because their electric got cut off! I was very glad to see those people move out.

Additionally, she does not cement everything. She fixed her walkway. What kind of a neighbor calls the city multiple times on someone who is fixing their walkway?

And as to the noise comments, why are you willing to accept the noise of 1 group of people not willing to accept the noise in Vietnamese. And it is not music she is blasting, she is loud when she yells at her husband. Again, this is her culture. We like to argue indoors to keep it private. In Vietnam however a wife will look to neighbors for social support against her husband by embarrassing him in public. If she were yelling at him in English you would avoid them.

As to collecting trash, yes they do. So do many other of our neighbors.

I am tired of hearing complaints by people not willing to try to be accepting of their neighbors. I was at her house one time in the yard, and her next door neighbor came out yelling at her; and threatened to sue me! Why would you threaten to sue a neighbor for association? This is the type of ill mannered behavior that I do not want to see in my community. Pennsylvania was established on principles of tolerance. Since I moved here I hear nothing but racist comments constantly. It is each group criticizing every other group. Unfortunately for these Vietnamese ethnic Chinese they are such a small minority they have no means to defend themselves.

These people lost their country when WE lost their war. Then they come here and instead of people reaching out to them to help them fit into our society, we attack them, sue them, call the police on them for every little thing, and then defame them on public forms. You are lucky I like to consider myself well mannered because for people who like suing each other; there are a few counts of libel in the above postings.
