Description

This toilet was left by a "world class neighbor" (I think the neighbor is on the corner of Falcon and Heron but I have no proof. I think I dish washer was left also earlier this year by the same neighbor). This shouldn't be left up to the city but it is what it is. I have walked this neighborhood a lot this summer picking up trash but recently suffered an injured back. Sorry, I'm not picking this up. Please have someone pick this up.
