Description

The long lane abruptly ends after the shopping center. Many cars race through the intersection and often cut cars off at the shoulder. There have been more than one accident because of this.

I suggest adding Right Turn Only pavement marking with arrows along this lane, then expand median to force traffic in this lane into the shopping center.
