Description

Large dying maple, located on berm at city's right of way. Tree has been infested with carpenter ants in the past as well as other insects. Tree has Large limbs hanging over garage, property and driveway. Most recent limb fell just 3ft away from owners vehicle. Forestry has been contacted several times over the last 5 years with no action. This tree is a potential hazard to the home owners property, vehicles and pets as branches and limbs of various sizes randomly fall constantly. It is my intent to have this hazard addressed by removal before any potential litigation occurs due to a tragic injury or damage of some kind occurs. Its very likely a strong storm, wind or weight from ice could cause a massive break. Home owner has also contacted a professional arborist for a documented assessment of the tree.
