Description

WHEN THE CORNER APARTMENT WAS DEMOLISHED WHY DID THEY LEAVE THE STRUCTURS TO THE EAST? TO MY KNOWLEDGE NOBODY LIVES THERE, THERE APPEARS TO BO ONLY ONE ELECTRICAL LINE FEEDING FIVE BUILDINGS, AND WHATS LEFT LOOKS TO BE THE REMAINS OF A BOMB BLAST. PIPES HANGING OUT OF WALLS, NO WALLS, OLD PLUMBING PIPES DANGELING OUT OF WALLS, ETC. THE STRUCTURES ARE AN EYESORE NOT ONLY TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT TO THE CITY ALSO INAS MUCH AS THIS AREA IS A MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF ROCKFORD. THIS IS MY SECOND ENTRY TO THIS PROBLEM BUT SINCE THEY AREN'T GOING TO ADDRES IT THEY JUST REMOVE IT. WHAT'S THE SENSE OF POSTING IF NOTHING IS GOING TO BE DONE??
