We have received your request and have forwarded it to AmWaste. Amwaste purchased the previous vendors carts, so there is not need to exchange carts unless they are broken or missing. f you have a damaged cart, please place it at the road with a note on it saying "Please swap or please dispose of." They will swap out your cart or take your extra cart. If you do not have a cart and need one, AmWaste will deliver it to you upon request.
If your bin has not been delivered or exchanged by the end of November, please let us know and we'll follow up with AmWaste or coordinate other arrangements with a Hoover Crew. Simply email myhooverconnect@hooveralabama.gov or call 205-739-7311.

Upon being on site 11/29/2021 there was no broken cart out for pick up, we did however deliver you a new cart. If you still have a cart needing recovered please make a new order when this is readily available. Thank you!
