We have a cave in over the sewer in our neighborhood for a long, long time. You are right -- nobody cares. They come out and look at the deep hole but they do not fix it no matter how many times I, along with my neighbors, call the water department.

We have the same problem our alley. We have tried to resolve it since last March. They take pictures but do no work. However, call the water department and ask if a work order has been issued. That is a different number from the service request. Also call the media. That might some results.
