Description

Resident states their sidewalk was broken up by a construction company, probably for utility work but it has been about 3 weeks and the sidewalk has not been restored yet, it is a hazard to anyone walking on this block. The sidewalk that is missing is from 77 Congress St to 83 Congress Street.
