Ticket #1785879. Ticket forwarded to Fairmount Park for follow-up. Once a request is entered into the system the Fairmount Park Street Tree Office will inspect the site within 10 business days.
After the timeframe of your request has passed, you can check the status of your ticket by calling 311 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. Just give us the ticket number and we can check it for you. You can also go online to www.phila.gov/philly311 and track your request. Thank you. (mb)

07/27/2011 So cyclists have to wait 10 business days before the site is even inspected? And in the meantime, some bureaucrat at Philly311 closes this issue?
A volunteer from the Bike Coalition cut up the limb and cleared the bike lane tonight. The Fairmount Park crew can clean up the side of the road at their leisure. Wanna bet that will happen within 10 business day?
