Description
Veterans Way Road exiting to Route 50 should expand to two lanes 75 feet before the intersection. One lane for going straight or taking left hand turns and the other new and improved lane should be to take a right only. This junction can be more efficient if the road was widened to two lanes before the intersection. The road should have one lane that opens up to two with the right hand lane at 75 feet in length for optimal efficiency.

This is an issue that needs to be taken up with NYS DOT and they may not do anything until they get to their planned projects for the Arterial in 2014 - 2016.
