Description

Philadelphia can save a lot of money by minimizing the use of streetlights on I-95 and other such highways where there is excessive and unnecessary lighting. I am sure if one was to calculate taking every other streetlight out and still have necessary lighting, the city would save a lot of money on their electric bill. Once you are outside of the city there is no lighting so why is it necessarily necessary in Philadelphia? There are lights like every 50 yards that is unnecessary. This money could be used towards the public school district
