Description

There are too many street lights out on Franklin, between Wait Ave and DCJ Highway, that it would take me hours to send individual reports -- at least 10. Just send a crew for a day and test them all. I think the immediate area around the traffic circle next to the fire house has at least 3 out. Two on east side near the school. I think there are a few on the west side too... it's awful right now.
