The city needs to address the matters of this property, it is out of control. The basketball hoop has been left on the sidewalk along with the trash can for weeks with sitting water and another trash can in the street. There is broken furniture, coolers, lawnmower, baby stroller, car parts and and tires throughout the property. Under the leaves is trash and liter, basically it is abandoned and there are two DOGS in the house. Also, absolutely no lights on, as for 12/02/21 for three days. Weeds have taken the sidewalk and the cement porch steps front and back are crumbling.
