There is always standing water at this location, whenever it rains.

This problem on Dickerman has literally been going on for at least 10 years that I know of. It is gross in the hot summer months, it is hazardous in the frozen winter months and it needs to be addressed by the city. It is unfair to have a festering puddle where mosquitos can breed, people get splashed and it is just not nice to have a street that does not drain properly. This is a quality of life issue.
