Rest in Walk is activated but all cabinets along Park St are also in Timing Coordination. This is to help move traffic along for commute hours, when the bridge goes up or if there is a lot of traffic since the lanes have been narrowed from 2 lanes each direction to one in each direction. When traffic volume is high or congested, the Timing Coordination plan supersedes the rest in walk so at times, Do Not Walk will come up before the traffic signal has finished its cycle.
