On the night of June 30 and into the morning of July 1, 2014, our condo association suffered flooding damage in the lower lever duplex units on Kenmore and Balmoral In addition, the boiler room flooded. This is most distressing for all concerned. We have lived in our unit since 2007 and this is the third time we have been a victim of flooding. Water gysered up from the lower level shower and drains in other areas flooding a good portion of the lower lever of our unit. Other unit owners have similar issues.

The street in front of 5354-6 N. Kenmore does not drain properly. It only has one small drain that is often blocked. In addition the curbs are not high enough and water overflows onto to the parkway, sidewalks and lower level windows. In addition, the standing water attracts mosquitoes.

I would appreciate a response to this email with solutions to our condo's issues with standing water and with flooding.
